Nothing quite beats a nice warm coffee on a cold winters hike. Whether you are conquering a mountain or simply strolling along a woodland path, sitting with a delicious coffee makes it that bit more special. These bags are so easy to use. Simply put into a cup, add hot water, wait for the flavours to infuse, remove bag (remember to Leave No Trace and take it away with you) and ENJOY! These are also available in decaf.

If coffee isn’t your thing then how about a creamy hot chocolate? These single serve pouches are ideal for stashing in your rucksacks as a little sugary pick me up while you are put exploring.

What better way to enjoy your drinks in the outdoors than to share the Leave No Trace ethos? As we have seen the sad state that some of our beloved countryside has been left in recently, we want to spread the word and show our support for the countryside code and love for nature.

The Whistle is an essential item for people in the outdoors and not only practical for safety, but can also be used for activities like dog training.
These whistles are made by a small family run business based in the Scottish Borders and pride their selves in leading the way in quality for over 60 years.
Everything is made totally by hand, using many of their own traditional methods that have been past down for many years and have been inspired by their beautiful surroundings and the love of the wild including their travels to the rugged and unspoiled Scottish highlands. Red Deer Antlers are regularly collected in April that are naturally shed in the wild hills and glens off the Scottish Highlands.

This beautiful collection is made from 100% Shetland Island wool, a fibre celebrated for its fineness, warmth and strength. Sourced from over 700 local crofters and farmers. Shetland Sheep graze on the islands' hills and beaches eating wild heather and seaweed. This diet, along with the not-so-great weather, makes Shetland wool soft, strong and warm.
Crofting is integral to the landscape, cultural heritage and social economy of the Shetland Islands. It bonds people and places in a unique way, preserving livelihoods and age old traditions. By purchasing this collection you can be certain you are supporting 3 independent small British businesses as well as the crofters and farmers in Shetland. This supports both sheep numbers and rural communities that depend on the crofting industry.
Our 100% Shetland wool is spun at one of the few remaining worsted (a fine smooth yarn spun from combed long-staple wool) spinning companies in the United Kingdom. We firmly believe that sourcing and knowing where our raw material comes from guarantees that the quality of the finished product is consistently high and also reduces the carbon footprint of our products.
£1 from each sale is donated to the Scottish Crofting Federation.

Food is what we do best here at The Fell Store. We have a great choice of dehydrated and freeze dried meals. They do not need to be refrigerated and have a long shelf life. They are ideal to have in the back of your car in case of an emergency or on the road with work. Great to keep in the office if you need a quick filling lunch on a busy day. HGV Drivers use these as a healthier alternative to the service station fast food. But the best way to enjoy these in our view is in the great outdoors. All you need to do is heat some water and pour into the pouch. Give it a stir, reseal the pouch and wait a few minutes for it to rehydrate. Another quick stir and you are ready to tuck in! We have a range of gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan options along with some tasty meaty dishes. Have you tried Reindeer Stew before? Alfresco dinning at its best.
Have you heard of these self heating meals? They come with a bag for you to place the meal pouch in along with 50ml of water (can use water from a stream) wait for a few minutes and your meal is nice and warm. These are perfect as a backup in case heating water on a stove isn’t an option. A great gift for anyone who travels a lot and ideal to keep in your road side breakdown kit.

A long slender spoon is ideal to slip into your rucksack as soon as it’s been washed to make sure you never forget. Alternatively this cook kit comes with 2 bowls and 2 spoons.
