Delivery, Returns & Packaging
Delivery:
The Fell Store prioritises delivering your goods promptly and in impeccable condition. Every order is personally hand-packed by myself, the founder, Hannah, and I aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 noon each day, on the day.
For UK orders over £50.00, The Fell Store offers free standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. The Fell Store also offers a range of delivery options, including Royal Mail, DPD and ParcelForce, to cater to your preferences.
Typically, deliveries take 2-5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email notification, including a tracking number if applicable.
Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (order cut off 12 noon)
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
Feel free to include any special delivery instructions during checkout. Ensure your correct phone number is entered to facilitate the delivery process.
If you require guaranteed delivery on a specific day or encounter any issues with the condition of your order, please email info@thefellstore.com.
Returns:
The Fell Store return policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for perishable goods like food.
For returns, please email info@thefellstore.com. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted under certain conditions, such as items not in their original condition or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
For late or missing refunds, check your bank account and contact your bank/credit card company. If issues persist, email Hannah at info@thefellstore.com.
Exchanges and Returns:
The Fell Store only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email info@thefellstore.com and send the item to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and if you request a returns label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing delivery insurance, as I cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Packaging:
In my commitment to sustainability, I strive to reuse cardboard boxes from my suppliers. A green stamp on your packaging indicates successful reuse, contributing to eco-friendly practices.
