All of our TentMeals are hand packaged in the UK with as many natural and nutritious ingredients as we can possibly cram into a bag. They exist to give you an instant meal that you can actually look forward to - something that's high energy and easy to make, but also absolutely delicious and super healthy.
PREP: decant into a container and add 310ml boiling water (approx same volume as the bag). Stir well to break up the herbs and spices. Cover for 7 minutes. Eat and enjoy!
Can also be made with cold water - stand for 30 minutes.
Delicious with grilled veg and merguez sausages, or with a hot lamb stew.
