Classic Portuguese Bacalao with clipfish (dried and salted Cod) from northern Norway. 

The Norwegian clipfish soon became the main ingredient for the popular and tasty Bacalao. Originating in Portugal, this classic dish can be made in countless ways, but the main ingredient continues to be rehydrated Norwegian clipfish.

Ingredients

Potato (26%), cod ((clipfish 50%, cod 37%) (87%), citrus fibre, potato flour, salt) (18%), onion (14%), tomato (10%), bell pepper (10%), olive oil, tomato paste, corn starch, soy sauce (soy, salt, vinegar), garlic (1,1%), fish bouillon (salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, fish, vegetables, rapeseed oil, seasoning), seasoning, antioxidant (ascorbic acid).

Shelf life

 

The product has 5 years shelf life from the manufacturing date. Store at room temperature. An opened bag should be treated as a fresh product. Please eat the meal within 2 hours of adding water.

 

Preparation

Tear off the top of the bag at the indentation. Add warm water (3,6 dl) up to the level marker. Stir well, close the bag using the ziplock and let the dish rest for 8 minutes.
